Continuous carbonization furnace
1.Continuous carbonization furnace is mainly used for relative puffy charring of biomass material such as:sawdust, rice husk,peanut shell, plant straw, bamboo, coconut, bark,palm shell, wood chips,date,olive waste,nut shell etc. |
2.The whole production line including: Screw feeding and discharging device, furnace, combustion chamber, gas cleaning device,wood tar and acid collect device and control panel. |
3.In high temperature, the materials are carbonized without oxygen in the carbonization furnace and produce combustible gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen, which are purified by recycling, purifying, separating the wood tar and wood acid, and realizing clean air cycle combustion. |
